Air'n Art Designs has a reputation for
creative, resourceful, economical, and personal approaches to design
challenges.
Our services include drafting (2D and 3D), 3D modeling and
rendering for concept visualization
Note: projects mentioned here could not have been accomplished
without the talents of dozens of managers, skilled engineers,
technicians, and artists. These projects are a success due to teamwork
and shear willpower!
A 360° rear-projection tower (projection from
inside the tower!), 40 feet tall. 20 feet in diameter at the
top, 13 feet at the circular bar. This spectacular center-piece for the
Masquerade Bar utilizes 20 high-end projectors mounted on a center
structure surrounded by custom-fit acrylic glass panels for the
rear-projection surface.
Air'n Art Designs was brought on-board by
Technifex, Inc. from
the incept to head the 3D structural and mechanical design, as well as
the production effort and facility interface. Engineering assistance from Entertainment
Engineering helped to make this Technifex project an inspired success.
Lester Creative designed and produced this unique 40-foot-tall
multi-media sculpture for the Falls View Casino, and represents an
abstraction of hydro-electric technology from the beginning of the era
to the modern day.
Air'n Art Designs had the singular honor of being brought in to help
create the mechanical, structural, and facility interface designs,
drafting, 3D modeling, and vendor coordination.
Dakota Dunes
Pylon Fire Bowls and Water Screens
Faux Fire creates a stunning illusion of real fire for this casino lobby
feature. The Faux Fire effect is a Technifex, Inc. original concept and
patented effect. Air'n Art Designs assisted Technifex to apply their
technology into a practical application.
Air'n Art Designs created a functional, and maintainable mechanical
design for this Lexington Scenery designed piece.
Easily serviceable, this dramatic scenery element ads a stunning
atmosphere to the energetic casino environment.
Kerzner Design Group - Atlantis Hotel and Casino, Bermuda
Lazy river elements and special effects make this vacation destination
water park unforgettable.
Air'n Art Designs assisted Technifex, Inc. in mechanical systems design
and facility interface.
Meskwaki Casino - Kuhlman Design Group
Combining natural stone, fire, and water, this casino entrance show
piece dramatizes a modernistic artistic vision of natural forces.
Air'n Art Designs was enlisted to assist Technifex, Inc. to create a
functional mechanical design and maintainable facility interface and
systems design.

Concept design for a proposed mass-transit
vehicle to be used between Los Angeles and Palmdale California.
Air'n Art Designs created multiple concepts
to satisfy numerous design specifications.
The "Atlantis" show, for the Forum Shops at Caesar's
Palace, Las Vegas, was not only technically exciting but visually
stunning. Lester Creative managed the "Atlantis" project for
the Simon DeBartolo Group, developers of the Forum Shops, and provided
technical direction and quality control for the attraction. Air'n Art
Designs supported Lester Creative with mechanical design of several
lifts, assorted effects, and CAD systems management.
Concept study of a moving "video wall"
for a Flagship Footlocker Store at Walt Disney World, Florida.
Each video wall consisted of 12, 36" LCD
displays mounted together to form a single video source panel. Each
panel were to be mounted on a telescoping boom-arm that extended and
retracted and moved around a circular track and could form various
combinations of video presentation.
One of two gigantic animated apes, "Street" Kong proved to
be a revolutionary achievement for Bob Gurr of Sequoia Creative. Air'n
Art Design's involvement, albeit limited to CAD drafting, offered an
education into paradigm-breaking design methods from an industry master.
Designed by Technifex, their booth won "Best Booth" at the
1999 IAAPA trade show. Air'n Art Design took the preliminary concept and
developed it into a feasible, build-able design. This modular booth is all
aluminum construction and even has a second-story conference area with a
gracefully spiraling staircase.
Again assisting Lester Creative, Air'n Art Designs help to create
several mechanical designs and implement designs by Lester Creative for
the MGM Grand remodel. Shown here is the new MGM Lion which adorns the
front corner of the MGM Hotel and Casino.
